all our sandwiches are original creations thought up by the pop master himself. the options will follow a general theme but like our popsicles, they will be constantly changed and perfected. we are a chef driven company that experiments and creates. below are some basic descriptions of the sandwiches currently being featured at the modern day pop shop.   • The Divine Swine: Apple mint mustard, mayo, black forest ham, oven roasted pork tenderloin, bacon and Swiss cheese served on a fresh hoagie roll.
  • The Bird: oven roasted turkey, spicy mustard, shaved brussel sprouts with bacon and maple slaw
  • The Holy Cow:  house made truffle aioli, rare roast beef, mixed greens, feta cheese, roasted red tomatoes
  • The Cured:Genoa Salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, provolone cheese, fresh mixed greens, marinated roasted red tomatoes and spicy cherry peppers served on a fresh hoagie roll.
  • The Curd: Edam cheese from Holland, oven roasted pork tenderloin, fig jam, and spicy cherry peppers served on Texas toast
  • The Ocean:  Tuna in a tropical Trinidadian style curry with onion, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers served on toasted multi-grain bread.
  • The Farm: house made rosemary aioli, grilled and marinated portobello mushrooms, gorgonzola dolce, mixed greens and a balsamic reduction.
